The majority of Barbara's business consists of referrals and repeat transactions. Her Client base keeps her focused on the luxury home market and its many segments. In addition to the resale market, Barbara also represents custom home builders and developers of high end luxury properties including town homes, garden condominiums and high rise developments. Her portfolio of consulting services is diverse and includes analysis and recommendations concerning reasibility, ground acquisition, floor plan design, finish specifications and of course, sales management. Her Client list and project engagements are recognizable names in the Saint Louis luxury home market. Barbara sincerely believes that her new construction experience is invaluable as it enables her to help her Clients visualize potential solutions and capitalize on opportunities.
Barbara has teamed with her Associate, Jane Blumoff, for over 10 years. Together, they actively manage all aspects of Barbara's dynamic and growing business. In addtion, Barbara often partners with Jimmie Manion, another top Agent with Janet McAfee. In 2007, Barbara asked Larry Levy to join her team. She now partners with Larry Levy on some listings and they often work together and designated Buyer's Agents.

Before entering the real estate business, Barbara lived in Europe and has traveled there extensively. She speaks fluent German and some French, and has an understanding of real estate in those countries.
When Keystone Ski Resort was developed by Ralston Purina Corporation, Barbara referred clients and sold many properties at this new ski resort. The ski resort is now part of Vail Associates.
In addition, Barbara partnered with Jimmie Manion in finding the property in Augusta, Missouri for the development of Boone Valley Golf Course.
